This week I drove 1000 km to meet with the first South African mayor who requested a meeting to find out more about the ONE SMALL TOWN plan. She is extremely excited and made it clear to me that she has the right and conviction to install the town’s own supply of electricity. There is much work to do with more presentations, explanations, negotiations, agreements, inspection and environmental reports – but this could be the start of big things to come. Watch this space.
