It gives me great joy to introduce Zyg Staniaszek, our first One Small Town Ambassador for Wales/Cymru - in the town of Kidwelly.
Zyg has a wealth of experience to bring to the OST community and there is already a list of potential business opportunities that fit the One Small Town business model.
These include: a dairy, bakery, butcher, cultural events, growing and farming, an online hardware shop, engineering (farm machinery repair), recycling, reprocessing waste (plastics refining), theatre, restaurants, cafes, tourism, re-usable glass manufacturing, jar and bottle washing facility, art glass blowing, micro-brewery, haberdashery and much more!
Here is the layout/design for the orchard project - created by Zyg. Once established, we expect this project to provide an abundance of wholesome fruits - grown without any pesticides, chemicals, or artificial fertilizer, for the benefit of the local OST community. The second photo shows one of the first fruit trees being planted in the new orchard.
